Methven Conference Centre
The Methven Conference Centre offers a bright and spacious seminar room that can accommodate up to 80 guests standing, seating up to 50 in theatre style, 20 in a classroom style layout, and 16 people in a U-shape / boardroom set up. Several breakout rooms are available as needed.
Guests and participants will appreciate the architectural design and ambience of our Methven venue, a handy 1hour 15min from Christchurch. The interior is bright and airy, with full-length windows and French doors. The high ceilings, lighting and spotlighting help create a modern and professional atmosphere for your function.
Heat pump air-conditioning cools in summer and warms in winter; full-length drapes control light as required. Privacy and a clean and quiet environment is assured.
Conference venue presentation equipment is available including a LED 70 inch TV, AV Receiver to connect your laptop to the TV, whiteboards and wired and wireless broadband Internet.
We provide first-class catering and your guests will enjoy our restaurant with amazing views. Choose from a selection of morning and afternoon teas and a wide variety of lunch and dinner options. We receive many compliments from guests about the standard of our freshly prepared menu.
We will assist with bookings and arrangements to make your event a success at the Methven Conference Centre adjoining Ski Time Lodge. We can also offer a range of accommodation options to suit different budgets.
